🧍🏼About Me
I’m Andreas Marc Buehler, a Switzerland-based 3D artist and animator with a background in generalist game development. In 2019, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Game Art & Animation (Upper Second Honours) from Middlesex University London.
My background is broad and production-oriented: game design, rapid prototyping, Unreal Engine production, UI/UX for interactive products, and 3D environment/prop work, with C++ and Blueprints used as needed. What drives me is creating interactive and animated work that fosters joy, connection, and shared memories. My strength is taking an idea, clarifying what matters, and building it into a polished piece.
I’m currently specializing in 3D Character Animation through Animation Mentor, focusing on body mechanics, acting fundamentals, and professional animation workflow.
💼 Work
At ddrobotec® by Dynamic Devices, I served as Game Director, shaping the gamified user experience of their Robotrainers. I developed over 50 Exergames for their leg-based Robotrainers, with the collection nominated for Best Serious Game at the Swiss Game Awards 2023.

I also helped build the main software GUI and contributed to the game logic of the ddrobotec® SUPR Robotrainer. While the hardware was engineered by ddrobotec and manufactured by SCHNELL in Germany, my focus was on Unreal Engine 5: delivering a robust user interface, smooth gameplay and playful yet effective rehabilitation experiences that improve arm strength, posture, and balance for people of all ages.
📚 Teaching
I lectured for nearly three years at SAE Institute Zürich, where I taught fundamentals of Autodesk Maya and Unreal Engine 4 in the Game Art & 3D Animation Diploma Degree.
